Strawberry Brave Kombucha

Kombucha with strawberries, more strawberries and black tea. Fruity , but with a bravery. Be sweet, but show guts with this strawberry kombucha. It will come as no surprise that this kombucha consists of strawberries. But the taste, on the other hand, will surprise friend and foe. The Strawberry Brave is brewed during the strawberry season with fresh strawberries from local Gemert farmers, because we believe in supporting the local community and have the best quality ingredients. When we say 'local,' we mean local.

Cold pressing

At the brewery, we cold-press the strawberries so that they retain their divine flavour. Compensating with a little less cane sugar, this kombucha achieves the same perfect sweetness as all the other flavors.

In the fridge with it

Our kombucha will always stay 'alive', meaning the fermentation process will continue if you don't refrigerate it. Otherwise, the result is an overabundance of carbonation and an altered taste. So put them cold, or drink them!
