Master brewer Joris van den Broek is such a free spirit himself. He traveled the world at an early age, driven by a wanderlust that was hard to tame. He saw half the globe, and settled in Paris for love. As it goes in the most beautiful books.

There he worked in a brewpub and fell in love, for the second time. This time with the craft of brewing beer. A love that never left. He emerged as a beer sommelier and knew: this is my calling.

But Joris is a curious type. At some point, the question gnawed at him: can an alcohol-free drink be as exciting as craft-brewed beer? As layered, as surprising? That's where the Untamed adventure began. A new journey, filled with flavor.

At Untamed Kombucha, we brew non-alcoholic drinks that dare to taste. Really taste. No tame bubbles, no watered-down soda in a trendy bottle. What's inside is alive. Literally: our kombucha is RAW, unpasteurised and bursting with live cultures.

We brew everything ourselves, in our brewery in Gemert. Using 100% organic ingredients you could easily have in your own kitchen. No long labels, no hidden tricks. But plenty of time, because fermentation cannot be rushed. And you can taste that in every sip.

Our quetzal, that little bird in the logo, cannot survive in captivity. Truly untamed, you see?
