Refund policy

If you wish to cancel your purchase with or without reason, you must let us know within 14 days from the day you received the products. It is our preference that you contact our customer service at info@untamedkombucha.nl.

Return Label

To return the products we always make a return label for you. Returns go through DHL. The return label will be sent to you by email, you need to print it out and stick it on the package. You can then drop off the package at a DHL point near you. To find a DHL point near you, please visit www.dhlparcel.nl/nl/consument/dhl-servicepoints.

Return costs

We will refund the price you paid for the products along with any shipping costs you paid to receive the products. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages

All returned products must be in fully saleable condition with the exception of products delivered accidentally damaged. If your returned products have lost value due to unnecessary use or damage, we may deduct compensation for these damages from the amount we refund to you.

Payment term

We will refund the relevant amounts as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to cancel the purchase, using the same means of payment you used to pay for the order. However, we may delay refunding until we have received the products or (if earlier) we have received proof of return from you.
