Shipping policy

All orders placed through Untamed Kombucha will be delivered by DHL or PerBakfiets.nl.

Delivery costs and delivery times DHL

Via DHL free of charge for orders from €59,- in The Netherlands and Belgium. In The Netherlands the delivery costs via DHL are €4.95 for smaller orders. In Belgium the delivery costs for smaller orders via DHL are €9.10.

On weekdays ordered before 14:00, next day delivery via DHL

Delivery costs and delivery times PerBakfiets.nl

PerBakfiets.nl delivery is free in Gemert for orders above €16,- and otherwise the delivery costs are €2.70.

In De Mortel, Handel, Elsendorp, Boekel, Bakel, Milheeze, De Rips, Beek en Donk, Boerdonk and Erp PerBakfiets.nl delivery is free for orders from €30. For orders between €16 and €30, €2.70 will be charged for delivery costs. For orders under €16, delivery costs are €4.95.

On weekdays ordered before 12:00, same day delivery via PerBakfiets.nl

Shipping with DHL

If you placed your order before 4 p.m., we aim to deliver it the next day. On Sundays there is no delivery and you can expect your order on Monday. 

Delivery costs

Costs may be charged for the delivery of your order. These costs depend on the size and choice of your order.

For orders of €59 or more, delivery is always free. The delivery costs are also displayed during the ordering process on the website and in the order confirmation email.

Delivery process

Your order will then be delivered by DHL and on the day of the scheduled delivery you will receive an email from DHL with a link to Track & Trace, which allows you to track your package.

If no one is at home, the deliverer will take the package back and put a DHL card in your mailbox. This card will indicate whether we were able to deliver your package to your neighbors.

Shipping via PerBakfiets.nl

PerBakfiets.nl is a local initiative for deliveries in Gemert, De Mortel, Handel, Elsendorp, Boekel, Bakel, Milheeze, De Rips, Beek en Donk, Boerdonk and Erp. Delivery via PerBakfiets.nl is not possible for addresses outside these villages. If you have placed your order before 12:00, we aim to deliver the same day. On Saturday and Sunday there will be no delivery and you can expect your order on Monday. 

Delivery costs

A fee may be charged for the delivery of your order. These costs depend on the size and choice of your order, and the delivery address.

For orders from €16,- delivery is always free for an address in Gemert, and for smaller orders we charge €2.70 for delivery.

For orders from €30,- delivery is always free for an address in De Mortel, Handel, Elsendorp, Boekel, Bakel, Milheeze, De Rips, Beek en Donk, Boerdonk and Erp. For orders between €16,- to €30,- we charge €2,70 for delivery costs. For smaller orders, €4.95 will be charged.

Delivery process

The delivery charge is also displayed during the ordering process on the website and in the order confirmation email. Your order will then be delivered by PerBakfiets.nl. There is no possibility for a Track&Trace system for orders through PerBakfiets.nl. For information regarding these orders please contact info@untamedkombucha.nl.

If no one is home, the deliveryman will put the package away behind the gate or in another obvious place out of sight. If that is not an option, the package will be delivered to the neighbors.
