Store kombucha

Store Untamed Kombucha in the refrigerator at 2-7C. Otherwise, the taste and also the carbon dioxide content can change. Our kombucha is still 'alive', it's wild and untamed! How long to keep kombucha? Our kombucha has a shelf life of at least 9 months to a year from the day of brewing, if refrigerated. If you don't have room in the fridge, it's better to keep them in your stomach. Drink up!

Our kombucha is made with love and hard work. Nothing beats hours of peeling and cold-pressing fruit and ginger! We closely monitor the fermentation process, so buying kombucha from us means it is unpasteurized and unfiltered. And it's also gluten-free, lactose-free and vegan! Not to mention, they are delicious too. It's like a box of chocolates, but better for you.

Is there alcohol in kombucha?

Untamed Kombucha is alcohol-free, isn't it nice? Sometimes you want to buy kombucha precisely because it is alcohol-free. According to Dutch law, alcohol-free means that it contains less than 0.5% alcohol. Technically, our kombucha contains as much alcohol as an overripe banana, namely about 0.3%.
